Step-by-Step User Guide

Welcome! Please follow these steps to successfully submit your Vendor Registration form:

1. Basic Information: Enter your full legal name, father's name, and registered company details. Ensure your email and phone number are correct, as we will use these to contact you. Select your exact company structure from the dropdown.
2. Address & Verification: Provide your complete registered address and ZIP code. You must upload a recent Utility Bill as proof of address. (Allowed formats: PDF, JPG, PNG).
3. Legal & Registration: Enter your PAN Card number and exact address as per the PAN card. Fill out your company incorporation date and registration numbers accurately.
4. Financials (Net Worth): Upload your Memorandum of Association (MOA) and your company's Income Tax Return (ITR) for the last financial year. Enter your total calculated net worth and your GST Number along with the GST certificate file.
5. Banking Details: Provide the exact Bank Name, Account Number, and IFSC code for your firm's primary account, ensuring there are no typos.
6. Final Documents: You are required to submit a Letter of Interest (LOI) to VGAI, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your partners/directors, your latest Passport Photo, and a valid Government ID Number (Aadhar/Passport).
7. Security Check: Before clicking submit, look at the Security Verification box at the bottom. Solve the simple math problem (e.g., 5 + 4) and type the correct answer in the box to prove you are a human.
